Moreover, it in no way adds to journalists' either mind or taste or talent. However, today, even the chance televiewer of “Horizon” program cannot reject the obvious fact, that since 1994, “Horizon” has been broadcasting the most important and urgent events taking place in our country.
“Horizon” was the first to highlight the elections of local government institutions of 1996 exceptionally during live transmissions on Shant TV.Later on this was to become a tradition among Armenian TV companies.
Today, Artsakh’s struggle for existence, energy crisis, dark and cold years, political crisis, efforts to revive the economy, recovery works of disaster area-all this is already a history, each day of which is summarized in the archives of Shant TV.
