Shant TV company has acquired exclusive broadcast rights of British “Got talent” project. It is called “Secret talent” in Armenia. There are nor genre neither age restrictions in this project. All who consider themselves to be talented are given an opportunity to discover their talent before the audience of thousands people.
Description of “Secret talent” TV project stages
Secret talent project consists of 5 stages: preselection, selection, filtration, semi-final and final. The participants have to prepare new numbers for each stage. The special commission selects the most interesting numbers from the preselection stage and passes them up to the selection stage. Equal number of performances are presented during each stage. According to the decision of the jury only the best numbers are selected for the semi-final through the whole project.
If the number of the selected performances through 4 stages is more than required, a filtration stage is held, at which the jury selects a number of contestants who still have to struggle with each other to pass to the next stage.
The TV audience joins the jury at the semi-final. The only contestant who gets the majority of votes from SMS and phone calls voting during 4 semi-finals passes to the final stage automatically. The fate of the contestants who are in the second and third places decides the jury. In the case the jury gives 2 positive marks the audience gets an opportunity to vote for the contestant.
Thus, 2 numbers pass from each semi-final to the final stage. At this stage the jury only expresses opinions but the right to decide who is the winner belongs only to the TV audience which votes by sending SMS and phone calls. One of 8 numbers having passed to the final stage is announced the winner of the project with the majority of votes.
